JURY VERDICT, Personal Injury, Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.  Hansen v. Reed, Case No. 1316-CV16631.  Plaintiff awarded $38,000.00 jury verdict as a result of a dog bite in which the Defendant was found to be 75% at fault.

March, 2014

Personal Injury settlement.  Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.  Slip and fall against Price Chopper. 5 times the medical damages.

January, 2014

Personal Injury settlement, Johnson County, Kansas.  Automobile accident on K-68.  Driver received over twice the medical damages claimed.

October, 2013

Confidential Settlement.  Johnson County, Kansas.  Fair Labor Standards Act case before the United States District Court for the District of Kansas.

August, 2013

Confidential Settlement in a Kansas Wage Payment Act case.

June, 2013
